Alter Servers

An important part of the Roman Rite, alter servers serve at God's altar and perform many duties. At Christ the Divine Teacher - our servers are Citadel Cadets.

Lectors

They Proclaim the Word , Lectors are readers that proclaim the Scripture readings used in the Liturgy of the Word from The official, liturgical book (lectionary).

Eucharistic Ministers

Eucharistic Ministers help distribute the Holy Communion,to other parishioners during, and even outside of, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Typically, Eucharistic Ministers can also distribute Holy Communion to those in prison, or to those who are sick.

 

Ushers

Play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of the mass and assisting the parishioners in seating, collection of the offering, and any emergencies.
